- Managed the merger of an ISP into its mother company.

- Technical project manager for IT projects in sales, billing and customer administration for Internet services.

Business Process Reengineering:

- Interim Manager of the Revenue Management & Billing department consisting of 75 employees and CHF 17 million yearly budget at a cable company. Main responsibilities included reorganising the department, reengineering the business processes for order management, billing and collections as well as introducing new IT-systems for the handling of cable TV, broadband internet access and telephony services.

- Release manager for a business process reengineering and IT system integration project for a new billing solution for a wireline telecommunication provider.

- Leader of a development team for the business process design and implementation of an integrated customer care and billing system for broadband services at a US telco.

Consulting:

- Business Analyst for a telco company's business processes in logistics, billing, finance and controlling for a home networking services business unit. Reengineering of the business processes and integration in IT systems.

- Audit of a CHF 10 million IT project to implement new Business Support Systems (BSS) for order management, provisioning, mediation and billing at a cable company.

- Definition of market positioning, business model and IT strategy for a broadband network provider based on power line communications technology.
